Made by Matr Boomie, the art of traditional Indian wood craft requires mastery, passed on through generations, to create intricately hand carved treasures from solid blocks of mango wood. They partner with over 1,500 artisans in marginalized communities throughout India to create economic and sustainable living opportunities. They invest in vocational training, literacy programs and provide fair wage opportunities to empower women artisans to reach their full potential and become entrepreneurs.
