All our jewelry is handmade by women escaping human trafficking. Slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics of the materials are unique and individual to each artisan jewelry item.

However, we want you to love your purchase! We stand behind our products and want you to be fully satisfied with all of your PURPOSE jewelry. Our warranty does not provide for replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. How will I know when an out of stock product will be restocked?

    On each product page, there is an option that says “E-mail me when available” and we will notify you when the product is back in stock. 

    2. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

      We will fulfill your order on Tuesdays and Fridays, unless there is a holiday. We ship USPS First Class Mail which averages 3-5 business days to ship domestically and 10 business days to ship internationally.

      3. Does PURPOSE Jewelry ship internationally?

      Yes. International orders may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes, and other charges. All additional charges are the customer's responsibility.

      PURPOSE Jewelry does not collect any duties and or/taxes and we cannot predict what your charges may be. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges.

      4. I am putting in an order as a gift, do you include prices on your invoices?
      No. We never include pricing on your packing slip even if it's not a gift!
      5. Do you include information about the Sanctuaries with the jewelry?
      Yes! We will include an insert card that shares a little bit about our programs. Each piece of jewelry also comes on a tag hand-signed by an artisan in one of our Sanctuaries around the world. 
      6. Do you package the jewelry differently for gifts?

      All of our Premier Line is packaged in a ready to gift Premier Line box. Our other jewelry comes individually packaged in a box for protection. 

      You can purchase gift boxes here. We are happy to include a note with your gift! It will also be written on the packing slip inside each shipment.
