FOR RETURNS:

Items purchased online through PURPOSE Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Please begin by emailing us at: customercare@purposejewelry.org.

Please include the following information in your package:

- Customer name

- Product name

- Order number

- Reason for requesting the refund (ex. Quality, Color, Durability, etc.)

Return the package to:

Once the package has been received, we will notify our accounting department to refund you.


FOR EXCHANGES:

Items purchased online through PURPOSE Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Important:

  1.   In your package, please include the jewelry, the order number, the reason for the return/exchange and a printed copy of our e-mail communication.
  2.   Please also include which piece of jewelry you would like to exchange for and we will send it out once the original package is received.
  3.   If the item you choose is more expensive than the original item, we will invoice you for the difference. If it is less, we will refund you the difference.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  1. How will I know when an out of stock product will be restocked?

On each product page, there is a option that says “E-mail me when available” and we will notify you when the product is back in stock.

  1. How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We will fulfill your order within 48 business hours. We ship USPS First Class Mail which averages about 3 business days to ship domestically and 10 business days to ship internationally.

  1. You only offer one shipping option, how do I get expedited shipping?

Our website only offers a USPS First Class Mail shipping option. In order to receive expedited shipping, please call our office at 949-752-7788.4. Does Internationally Sanctuary ship internationally?

4. Does PURPOSE Jewelry ship internationally?

Yes. International orders may be subject to import duties and fees, taxes, and other charges. All additional charges are the customer's responsibility.  PURPOSE Jewelry does not collect any duties and or/taxes and we cannot predict what your charges may be. Once your order has shipped, we are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred should you not accept the customs charges.
