Human Trafficking Awareness Month - Blue Gift Guide

2 min read

January is National Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention Month. January 11th is recognized as National Human Trafficking Awareness Day and we stand together in recognition of this important day. To bring awareness of modern day enslavement and to express solidarity with survivors of human trafficking, we wear blue on this day, and throughout the month of January.

Here at PURPOSE Jewelry, we are on a mission to help these women succeed, whatever it takes. As a non-profit, 100% of our proceeds fuel this mission for the resilient women we employ at our Sanctuaries around the world.

Making beautiful handcrafted jewelry is one of the conduits we use for healing and to move each woman forward on her personal journey to freedom. While employed, she receives living wages, education, counselling, healthcare and community.

Each purchase provides hope and opportunity for survivors and their families. Join us this January, and throughout the year, by wearing blue!

Our Hope Bracelet stands for hope and freedom. Made with love in our India Sanctuary, this stretchy bracelet features faceted crystal blue beads that sparkle and shine. The focal point is a radiant pearl surrounded by brass beads. Bring hope to a survivor with your purchase of this bracelet.

Coastal Choker

Our Coastal Choker in BLUE was created to commemorate Human Trafficking Prevention Month and to honor the brave women still trapped in modern day slavery. Handmade in Uganda, this necklace takes the women over an hour to make. Each bead is meticulously wrapped by hand with care and we love this newest color addition to our coastal choker collection.

This January, and always, we are honored to stand in solidarity with survivors around the world. Our mission is to help them succeed, whatever it takes, and together we believe this is attainable. We invite you to join us.
