Blue Gift Guide

3 min read

January is National Human Trafficking Awareness and Prevention Month. January 11th is recognized as National Human Trafficking Awareness Day and we stand together in recognition of this important day. To bring awareness of modern day enslavement and to express solidarity with survivors of human trafficking, we wear blue on this day, and throughout the month of January.

Here at PURPOSE Jewelry, we are on a mission to help these women succeed, whatever it takes. As a non-profit, 100% of our proceeds fuel this mission for the resilient women we employ at our sanctuaries around the world.

Making beautiful handcrafted jewelry is one of the conduits we use for healing and to move each woman forward on her personal journey to freedom. While employed, she will also receive living wages, education, healthcare and community.

Each purchase provides a true impact on the life of survivors and their families. Join us this January, and throughout the year, by wearing blue!

Our new Hope Bracelet stands for hope and freedom. Made with love in our India Sanctuary, this stretchy bracelet features faceted crystal blue beads that sparkle and shine. The focal point is a radiant pearl surrounded by brass beads. Bring hope to a survivor with your purchase of this bracelet.

Coastal Choker

Our new Coastal Choker in BLUE was created to commemorate Human Trafficking Prevention Month and to honor the brave women still trapped in modern day slavery. Handmade in Uganda, this necklace takes the women over an hour to make. Each bead is meticulously wrapped by hand with care and we love this newest color addition to our coastal choker collection.

Blue Terra Hoops

These new Blue Terra Hoops are made exclusively in our newest sanctuary in the Philippines. Made of luxe layers of beads in a modern drop hoop, these earrings offer a chic update to any wardrobe and are a perfect way to show you stand with women around the world in the fight against human trafficking. Each row of beads is carefully threaded by hand and connected to a brass hoop.

Gemstone Linked Collection

Our Gemstone Linked Collection features blue apetite stone and silver tone plating. There are 4 items to choose from - the short Gemstone Necklace, a longer Pendant Necklace, a Gemstone Bracelet, and our Gemstone Duster Earrings. We love them all paried together, but also each makes a great statement on its own.

Midnight Drops

Shine for the month of January in our Midnight Drops. These earrings are handmade with love in our Uganda Sanctuary and are one of the most difficult pieces our artisans learn to make. We love the shiny blue glass beads!

Jasmine Aqua Collection

Our new Aqua Jasmine Collection is here. Recycled glass from Ghana stars as the central point for each piece. Each is unique and one-of-a-kind. This colleciton is handmade by our artisans in Uganda.

Liberty Bracelet

Our Liberty Bracelet is a great way to stand up for the liberty of women around the world. This stretchy friendship bracelet features blue beads and a simple brass or silver oval bar. Buy one for yourself or a few to share with friends and spread awareness of Human Trafficking in your community.

Shimmer Azure

Our Shimmer Azure Earrings are lightweight and versatile and handmade in our Uganda Sanctuary. Strung with azure blue beads nestled between metallic faceted beads, these handmade earrings add the perfect amount of blue color and are perfect for day or night. Your purchase of these ethically handmade earrings support young women escaping human trafficking.

We love this new blue leather Everyday Shoulder Bag from Lazarus. It is handsewn in Hondurus. We also love these blue frames perfect for fun family photos!

This January, and always, we are honored to stand in solidarity with survivors around the world. Our mission is to help them succeed, whatever it takes, and together we believe this is attainable. We invite you to join us
